you can include of homecooked foods and avoid junk , processed and outside food.
you can give banana, chikko, boiled potato, boiled sprouts and pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, roti, paratha, rice, pancake, chila, upma, poha, sheera, porridge, egg, chicken fish if non-vegetarian, etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
offer small handy snacks in between after 2 hours gap.
maintain good hygiene.
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
