#asktheexperts food for children to gain weight???

A. Hi Mom, if your baby is active, happy and eating properly then nothing to worry about her weight. you can include of homecooked foods and avoid junk , processed and outside food. you can give banana, chikko, boiled potato, boiled sprouts and pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, roti, paratha, rice, pancake, chila, upma, poha, sheera, porridge, egg, chicken fish if non-vegetarian, etc and use ghee in meal preparations. offer small handy snacks in between after 2 hours gap. maintain good hygiene. avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
