The basic food is going to include fruits and vegetables Khichdi and porridge varieties of food that you can prepare out of ragi oats and Suji you can give good amount of water to the child Coconut water buttermilk Paneer cheese and curd different recipes you can incorporate as per your choice you can actually go through baby meal planner section for day-to-day meal plan that you can offer
