You can give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, kheer, vegetable purée, dal rice, khichadi.
Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give baby semi solid food along with formula milk and breastfeeding and you can add moong dal soup khichadi daliya suji items mashed potatoes apple and banana. Give baby at least three semi solid diet.
