my baby is 7month old.. what food will give at eve or night.. because breakfast is not enoughing for him.mor and afternoon only I giving solid food. pls tell the solution.

A. it'll be good if you try to include dal rice or you can also give stop portion of Chapati with some Dal that will be helpful you can give suites to the baby that is also good for the baby in this age group
