ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, The baby can be given semi solid and mashed consistency foods as such , were in you could probably inlcude one food at a time , such as steamed vegetables, soups, fruits, ragi porridge, suji, home made cerealc mix, also kichidi etc
