soft and mashed food
consistency of food should be like that of Ghee
avoid fruit juice and soup
you can begin with food like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, porridge, kheer, cooked seasonal vegetable puree or add to food like khichdi, vegetable Dal rice.
seasonal fruits, curd, paneer.
add Ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible
give top food two to three times a day and beginning with few teaspoon then up to half katori every time
continue to breastfeed baby.

once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree pumpkin puree etc as the first food.
start with one meal in a day and give milk rest of the day as demanded by the baby.
After few days u can start giving two meals in a day
