Maam sometimes it is not detected in the report because even if it shows that the child is down syndrome sometimes the child is absolutely fine so there is a very 50% chance to eat where it can be diagnosed correctly and the problem happened and sometimes it is not diagnosed yet it can happen so there is no specific reason associated with that because sometimes things are not very well detected in an ultrasound which can be normal to be seen
