Its Not going to affect the unborn child but yes you are and I would like to tell you one small thing when you are breastfeeding and you’re already pregnant all whatever you are gaining with eating is taken by your older child because you’re breastfeeding so technically you are not leaving anything for the unborn child so that is my doctor say to quit breastfeeding when you are pregnant
