#asktheexperts care to be taken in adenoids in 19 months baby...repeated cold is coming..mouth breathing is also there..used metaspray for 2.5 months

A. hello dear the most effective home remedy is give steam to the child atleast three times a day also put nasal drops take some ajwain roast it on tawa then take handerkercheif and tie it in that now take it close to the nose of the child make sure it is warm there should be fragnance of roasted ajwain..
