ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. it is not advised to use Gripe water because it contains preservatives and lot amount of sugar if your baby is uncomfortable because of gases gastica drops can be given or to improve the digestion, Himalaya bonnisan drops
