A. don't give him water at 5th month No other foods or fluids – including water – are not necessary till 6 months.  Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand . Breast milk is the recommended source of nutrition for infants, especially during the first six months of life.

A. If your baby is under 6 months old, they only need to drink breastmilk or infant formula. From 6 months of age, you can give your baby small amounts of water, if needed, in addition to their breastmilk or formula feeds.
