#asktheexperts can i start giving little water to my 4 months old baby girl. is it ok or it's too early to introduce water at 4 months.

A. not good for babies.. Water has no calories but fills your baby nevertheless. This will make him less interested in drinking milk. It could also result in weight loss!

A. Hello dear parent! Semi solids and water should be given only after 6 months completion. Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Both the breastmilk and formula milk will suffice the hydration and nutrition requirements of your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand,
