A. ya no problem you can take here you can follow your doctor advise and he will explain you in a proper manner after doing a proper assessment as it's important . So it's better to get the solution in a correct way . You can also consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussionn can be done .

A. Hello mom In such case you should avoid taking fish oil if you are a lactating mother because it can kill the nutrition’s baby is getting through your milk. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby till your baby turned six months old
