A. yes you can eat yoghurt during breast feeding. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts in diet ,dairy food snd Fresh fruits

A. Hi Yes you can use curd and butter milk in your diet. There is no problem in that. During best feeding phase you require more of calcium so it will also help in full filling your Calcium requirements. Eat healthy!!
