take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a pregnant mother . .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Yup You can eat all kind of healthy protein is in to your diet whatever you want to sprouts are very healthy in general also so you can definitely go ahead with it so it’s a good idea to maintain proper healthy diet when you are breastfeeding the child
