RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl5 days agoA. Yeah yeah ofcourse u can go ahead with that and proper non veg u can eat during this time and its healthy for u as it’s loaded with protein so its all good to b eaten so continue with proper protein during the time of breast feed
