Shatavari is a great lactation supplement that you can take three times in the day with warm milk along with that I am also going to advise it of plenty of fluids in your diet of protein-based diet and eat well rest well and do not take stress and all because all these things actually affect your breast also and try to sleep at least 8 to 9 hours in the day
