#asktheexperts Before pregnancy i had pcos. After delivery i got periods and it last for 15 days only. After that i have not got periods for nine months . What should I do maam

A. Hello my dear parent! I have no idea about what would be your PCOS situation, but ideally irregularities in periods is normal post delivery due to hormonal changes. So you need to get in touch with your consulting gynaecologist for safer contraceptive options.
