give only breastmilk till completion of six months and feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions and give colicaid drops thrice a day

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Burp the baby after every feed. Use Babyhug tummy roll on. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to reduce discomfort. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
