shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum after the birth initially for a few days baby will reduce the weight and then he will start gaining the weight again if your child is active and healthy and playful and having his milk properly on the regular intervals passing urine properly then there is nothing to worry about at all
