A. there is no problem in using pacifier / nipple / teether/ soother if cleaned. the problem arisess when it falls down and goes again inside the oral cavity of the child without proper cleaning and sterilization. if it is not cleaned and goes in the oral cavity can cause infection and coughs and cold and loose motion

A. hello pacifiers are safe to be used but it is just that you should be using it only when required and do not replace it during the feeding time and you should be using a bpa free pacifier like babyhug any from the baby brand should also be fine and nothing to worry
