Q.

#asktheexperts Any medication to increase breast milk. I am having Lactare 2 tablets 2 times a day. My baby has cleft lip and palate so cannot take direct feed. I need to pump n give. I was getting good milk earlier with medication but has reduced now. please advise

A. Hello my dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Consult your doctor for further in this matter. Continue feeding your baby, well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration and weight gain. Good luck and take care.
