#asktheexperts after starting solids baby isn't pooping not even alternate days once in a week he is pooping. also constipated he is crying while pooping . daily giving him 60ml water throughout the day. giving him ragi porridge oats porridge rice moong dal palak rice sweet potato carrot also only having purees while giving texture foods he is puking

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 weeks agoA. not normal. to avoid it offer your child well cooked semi solid food. include more fiber rich fruits n veggies in baby food. offer some water after giving meals to soften stool
