A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet. drink lukewarm water. avoid heavy work. nap often to stay rested

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
