Till the time your stitches do not heal and if you have pain then you cannot sit like this otherwise after 30 days usually you can sit in the cross leg position it’s not a problem and you can use a hollow pillow under your bums so that when the body is going to be an elevated position you can slightly sit in crossed legs which would be comfortable
