#asktheexperts after having cold from last 20 days she is not eating properly..what shaoud I do

It is very common that during the disease process the child will have loss of appetite as well as after the disease the child will have decreased appetite for food and this will last for at leaast one week. You have to provide plenty of water to drink and you can give food rich in fluids as well as juice extracted from fruits which will help in improving the appetite. If if the child is having nutritional deficiency the doctor will add multivitamin supplements to increase the appetite

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mam, yes ,it happens that cold and cough takes a long time to cure. so ,to cure this ,first give Luke warm ajwain seeds water with pinch of salt ,in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. you can use Babyhug rapid relief rub on your child chest and back . avoid bathing ,give just Sponge bath.
