NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello you should have calcium and vitamin rich food in the diet and also calcium supplements as to be taken as long as you are breast-feeding your baby and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
