ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist6 days agoA. hello dear , usually after c section delivery after few hours water is allowed and liquid diet is allowed after that slowly soft and then regular diet on 2nd or 3 rd day but if there is some complication then it may b delayed talk to doctor
