#asktheexperts 6 months old son tested covid positive 5 days back. He is not having now fever or other symptoms but he is crying so much without reason and he wants him to hold him all the day.. is this temporary situation or any reason behind his cry? Please help

Maintain adequate hygiene to prevent risk of infection and stay safeOmicron variant is likely to be more infective and spread easily.
Its symptoms are cough fatigue runny nose congestion.
Children show predominantly upper respiratory tract infection likr fever, runny nose, throat pain, body ache , dry cough.
It is recommended to wear a mask regardless of the vaccination status and maintain social distancing. use of sanitizer is recommended .
