Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi you must keep your self well hydrated drink Luke warm water with pinch of salt in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. or do gargling with warm salt water. take indirect steam. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
