#asktheexperts 1year old doesn't eat much. Don't want to force the child any idea to make him eat. doesn't like dairy. still breastfeed on demand

Give natural appetizers like coconut water,jeera water ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of your baby..This will help to boost hunger .
Also give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food.
Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating.
