Foods like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, chicken and fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, pan cake, waffle, boiled egg, omelette and 600-700 ml milk everyday. Day mein 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks feed karein including lots of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
