Q.

#AskTheExpertmy my last delivery was c section.its been 5 n half year.now I am expecting second time and may is my due month.my scar thickness was 3.8mm in march.can i try for normal delivery this time? i mean how much scar thickness is needed?

A. The thickness of the scar after a previous cesarean section, or “cut off” is 3.5 mm and more. The homogeneity of the scar is an attribute that contributes to the quality of the scar. I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
