Q.

#asktheexpert Yesterday when we were out, my toddler was playing with a stray cat .. suddenly the cat reacted and due to its nail my toddler got a light scratch.... it was visible that time after 15-20 mins i was not even able to see it... i immediately used sanitizer and washed her hands with soap properly... but is there anything to be worried about?

A. Since it was a stray cat I would advise you to consult your doctor get a vaccination done for your child because maybe the scratch was minor but you never know what kind of side-effects can show it’s important that you do not ignore this
