every child is different and grows differently.
give nutritious foods and include all food groups.
avoid processed and packaged foods
give weight gaining foods like potato, sweet potato, ragi, nuts,milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, dal and pulses preparations, egg, ghee etc.

babies weight gain depends on their birth weight.
usually they gain triple their birth weight after age of 12 months.
and ideally 14 months old baby should have weight between 8 to 12 kg.
so ensure that your child gains enough or not.
if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything.
