A. hello Dear mum in case you want to lose weight you are advised to start your day with lukewarm Cinnamon and lemon water followed by some yoga and stretching avoid oily fried and junk food reduce the intake of sugar and sweet have lots of fluid and fibre and finish your dinner 2 hours before going to bed
