A. Toddlers are mostly fussy and picky eaters and therefore it is important to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given even in smaller quantities. To increase weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 600-700 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
