A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can givyge paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

A. fever is reaction of body to Infection ,so it indicates that your child body is fighting with such Infection. please keep your child well hydrated

A. hi measure the temperature repeatatively using thermometer. I would suggest to use Babyhug digital thermometer. if temperature remains 100f or above then you should consult your pediatrician.
