Teeth can errupt at any time from birth
But most of the baby have their 1st teeth between 5-15 of age
Teeth eruptions is a natural process
No need to do anything for that
Don't give any medication for that unless fever and exessive crying.
Just do gum massage with ur little finger thrice a day
Give teether if possible, Clean teether every time before use.
It will help

So it is common do not worry much But must keep his chin area clean so that no allergy or pimples come out .
