shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. back pain after delivery should subside within 6 to 8 weeks, although, in case of a C-section, back pain could last a little longer.keep ur sitting posture correct take support of pillow do hot water fomentation don't bend carry heavy things make less use of stairs
