#AskTheExpert Wht can I do for toddlers constipation??? Also what food to avoid this?

A. Give enough amount and frequency of top food for bulk formation 4 to 5 times a day and at least one Katori per meal important to include fibrous food like variety of seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits, carrot cucumber , beetroot, papaya, apple, peach banana, prunes whole fruit is better than fruit juice grated and soaked dry fruits Like black currant , prunes, date , figs, nuts like almond, walnut give whole grains like daliya, whole pulses, beans, sprouts avoid refined grains, biscuits and frequent use of bread boiled and cooled water intake good fluid intake in form of water buttermilk coconut water encourage at least one hour of outdoor play as physical activity relieves constipation

A. hi, give plenty of fluids include fibre rich food to the toddler. avoid high digestive food.
