#AskTheExpert which food should be eaten in summer and which food should not be eaten in summer.?

A. hi well ,in hot summer days ,it is best to prefer food items those are cool in nature and full of fiber ,water and other essential nutrients. so it is best to give homemade healthy,less oily,less spicy food. give fruits like apple, watermelon, muskmelon, mango , grapes etc more.
