A. Dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother, you should have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lots of fluids and water. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses , milk and milk products. Have nuts like almonds and flaxseeds.
