A. Dear mum, you can give eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to every meal. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
