A. If your 3-year-old baby girl is not gaining weight, it’s important to first check with a pediatrician to rule out any underlying health issues. To support healthy weight gain, offer high-calorie, nutrient-rich foods like full-fat dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt), nuts and nut butters (if there’s no allergy risk), eggs, ghee, and homemade smoothies. Encourage frequent meals and healthy snacks throughout the day. Also, make mealtimes pleasant and avoid force-feeding. Monitoring her growth and ensuring she's active and healthy overall is just as important as her weight gain.
