Mashed foods - Fruit and vegetables puriees, Mashes, mashed rice with rasam, dal, curd, roti,sooji, Dalia, oats porridge/Kheer, upma, idly, ragi, cerelac with pulses, grains,dry fruits and nuts.
Give fruits as finger foods, Boiled veggies,murmur which ease from gum itching.
