#asktheexpert when will my baby start sitting on its own from lying down position?

A. normally sitting without support should come by 9 months of age and maximum by one year of age and if it is not coming by 1 year a medical evaluation will be required

A. most of the babies by the end of 8 months of age will be sitting without support by nine months some babies start even standing with support also . .
