take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement
drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

I think you’re having some confusion there is is no belly reducing belt you basically take that belt so that if your tummy does not become saggy which is very commonly seen after you deliver the child but since it has already been 1 1/2 months to your delivery going to be of no use
