Q.

#AskTheExpert When I eat iron tablets it doesn't suits me and I start to vomit.....so how can I increase my haemoglobin???.

A. do take irin rich food, n talk to ur doctor for suitable iron supplement, Please consult your paediatrician for consultation in person. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. to increase your hemoglobin level you can take dates or dates syrup you can take pomogranate or pomegranate juice.. boil some kishmish in a cup of milk till it is half then filter and have the milk
