A. Hi babies can start getting their first milk teeth as early as 4-6 months or late maximum upto the age of 15-18 months.. signs of teething are swollen and hardened gums, soarness and itching in the gums

A. thank you for reaching out to answer this question please note taking can start as alias for months and can go even as latest 15 months so don't worry about anything if you are noticing that your child is drooling at 3 months that is because the child has reached milestone called hand to mouth coordination in this milestone the child tries to put everything in their mouth and that's why they drool just make sure you clean the drool for timely to avoid any kind of rashes
